As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of software projects by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will collaborate with developers and act as a liaison between project stakeholders. We work flexibly, on average 2d/w at the office, without strict locations. We have our offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, and Heerlen.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technical teams thanks to efficient communications, spotless documentation, and continuous alignment between the different inputs and outputs of Hyfen's capabilities.
You'll be responsible for meeting our customer requests with a "business case first" approach, help shape their needs in concrete products and features, translate those "business" needs into concise documentation for our development & operations teams, and finaly verifying that the work delivered will satisfy our customers. You will be expected to handle the financial aspects of new requests, helping to draft business cases by estimating benefits and savings of new projects, as well as coordinating with the different hyfen teams to estimate the implementation costs of development.
Concretely, we’ll expect you to :
Be the primary point of contact with our customers for a product
Gather and document business requirements
Building business cases
Identifying issues, risks, and challenges of implementations
Creating product specifications
Coordinating between different (technical) teams
Acting as a quality control to ensure the satisfaction of our customers
